Artem, founder and owner of boutique real estate firm Arvik Group, has been a force in New York City real estate since 2005. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Pace University, he expertly navigates both commercial and residential markets, offering cutting-edge marketing and sales strategies.
Having lived in NYC for over two decades, Artem knows nearly every building in the New York area by its address. His extensive network includes property owners, international investors, and high-net-worth buyers. Originally from Moscow, he brings a global perspective, ensuring foreign investors and local clients alike achieve maximum value for their properties.
